Blogging is a Community Affair
Today is the first day of the Ultimate Blog Challenge.
My problem is not that I can’t think of what to write about. I actually have plenty of ideas swimming in my head at any time.
Rather my problem is setting aside the time to write a blog post each day. It remains to be seen whether I can really do it, but I’m going to try my best.
Two things I’m trying to do differently which should help are: 1) writing shorter posts and 2) sharing other people’s content instead of trying to write it all myself.
There are so many great videos, blog posts, articles, and other content related to my topics of better presentations, I look forward to sharing with you more of what I find on the web that inspires me and continues to educate me.
Nobody has time to find and read everything of interest. So I rely on what others share with me . . . on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, other blogs that I follow. Now I’ll be passing along even more of that great content that others have shared with me so that my readers can benefit from it as well.
I would also love to know what you, my readers, would like to read about on my blog. What problems are you struggling with, related to presentations or to communication in general? What challenge are you facing with marketing your business in a creative, visual way?
What are you doing to “get your message into their brain?” And how can I help you with that process?
If you know of a blog post, video, or other content that you think would be useful to my readers, please leave me a comment about that too. I’m looking for great content to share!
Leave me a comment with your questions, struggles, or challenges. I’ll be happy to offer my suggestions in an upcoming blogpost.
